Customer loyalty is the most important ingredient in this Approach, so we are extending our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to cover all of your purchases on CurativeWoman.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order! When we take delivery of your unopened item(s), you will promptly receive a credit card refund for the item's full purchase price. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Actual shipping costs will be charged or not refunded on "free shipping" offers, if order is returned. Used or unsealed items will not be accepted for a refund, as we follow strict health and safety policies. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s). Items damaged or lost in shipment back to Curative Woman will not be accepted for refund.

Low Price Guarantee
CurativeWoman will guarantee that you are paying the lowest advertised price for all of our 1,000 (and counting) items. If you notice that any other retailer is advertising a lower price for an in-stock item, we will match it. Before placing your order, email us at support@curativewoman.com or call at (888) 458-7789 and provide to us the appropriate web page or advertisement which clearly states the advertised price. We will match any competitors price on identical items, not including prices advertised on auction or bidding sites. Shipping Information
You will receive free shipping on all orders above $100 as a thank you for doing business with Curative Woman. Shipping is offered at a reduced flat rate of only $8.49 for orders below $100. Of course, we offer you additional shipping options to suit your particular needs, which you may select during checkout. We ship the majority of our orders via UPS, which means your packages are fully trackable and arrive at your door quickly usually within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Curative Woman might elect to use USPS Priority Mail for packages shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or those weighing less than 1 pound.

We will ship your in-stock items the same day we receive your order, if we receive it before 1 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday. If an item is out of stock, we will immediately alert you. Back ordered items, on average, ship within one week. We may elect to ship a portion of your order, in which case we will ship your back ordered item to you free of charge as soon as soon as we are able.

Hasn’t everyone out there placed an order, only to realize that something was forgotten? Don’t be shy. Returns & Replacements
We take special care to pack your items so they arrive in pristine condition. However, sometimes products arrive damaged due to uncontrolled events. If this occurs, email us at returns@curativewoman.com or call at 888-458-7789 within 72 hours of receiving the shipment of damaged items.

If our Shipping department accidentally sends you the incorrect product, we will provide you the opportunity to ship it back to us for free, so that we can send you the correct item. Again, just email us at returns@curativewoman.com or call at 888-458-7789, and we’ll walk you through each step.
